M/s. Mirza Associates Engineering Services (Pvt.) Ltd. (MAES) was established in 1986 to provide consultancy services in several development fields, both in public and private sectors.

M/s. MAES set out to make its mark in the field of engineering consultancy with only a handful of people in 1986, but had to expand very rapidly to meet the enormous work load it was able to generate for itself. Today, it has on its rolls highly qualified engineers, planners, sociologists, geologists, economists, environmentalists and other professionals.

M/s. MAES takes pride in its professionalism and is committed to the provision of best quality of services to its clients. The company is ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 certified. As far as possible we seek to develop our own management procedures and systems using in- house resources to ensure that the processes are cost effective and suited to the needs of both our company and our clients. As well as undertaking supervision services as part of our full suite of services for project planning, design and delivery, we also provide this capability in a specialist capacity. M/s. MAES has a strong experience of rural and mountain area telecom networks. The entire telecom network of Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan area of Pakistan had been planned and designed by MAES.  These networks consist of switching, microwave, optical fiber, VSAT, etc.
